Where do you ship?

We currently offer shipping within the UK due to the perishable nature of our products. We're still working on perfecting our shipping methods to ensure they arrive in the best condition, and plan to expand internationally in 2026. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when we can ship to you!

Do I have to pay Duties and Taxes?

Since all of our products are made in the UK, if you're ordering within the UK, no additional duties or taxes will apply. For international orders, duties and taxes may be applicable depending on your country’s import regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details before placing an order.

When will my order ship?

Pre-orders will have a specific release date, typically within 30 days. Once released, please allow up to 2 working days for standard delivery.

For all other orders please allow 2 days for processing and an additional 2 days for shipping.

What is your returns policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. It's useful to take pictures. We’ll be happy to offer a full refund or replacement, depending on the situation.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please reach out to us via the contact form at the bottom of our FAQ page. Be sure to include your order number and contact details. Orders can only be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. Once an order has been packaged for shipment, it can no longer be refunded or modified.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We also accept PayPal. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept prepaid gift cards, checks, or money orders.

How will my cream stay cold during shipping?

We’ve partnered with a recyclable gel pack manufacturer to ensure your products stay perfectly chilled during transit. These gel packs use a plant-based formula that freezes at -2ºC and are made from paper-based materials. They keep your products cool for up to 48 hours. After use, the gel can be safely disposed of in the garden, sink, or bio-container, offering an eco-friendly solution for your convenience.

As our products are handmade using natural ingredients, slight variations in appearance, texture, and color are completely normal. Just like not every piece of fruit is the same, each batch we make can have unique characteristics based on the natural variations in the ingredients we use. We don’t rely on artificial preservatives or colorings, so each product may look a little different, but rest assured, it’s always made with the same care and high-quality ingredients to ensure the best results.

Do you test your products on animals?

At faceføød, we never test on animals. We deeply value the health and well-being of our planet and all its living creatures. Faceføød and its suppliers do not conduct, commission, or pay for any animal testing on ingredients, formulations, or finished products. We are committed to providing effective skincare while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

While our creams are made with natural ingredients, including essential oils, we recommend exercising caution when using them during pregnancy. Some essential oils, including frankincense, may not be suitable during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester.

The subscription ledger is available to a limited number of users. If you can access it, it means we're currently accepting new subscribers. Once it’s no longer visible, we won’t be able to take on more customers until we expand our production capacity.

How do I make changes to my subscription?

From there, you will have the ability to adjust your upcoming shipment date, product quantity, delivery schedule, payment information, and shipping address.

How can I skip an order?

You can skip an upcoming recurring shipment up to 3 days prior to the scheduled ship date. Log into your account, hover over "My Account" > "Manage Subscriptions" > "Delivery Schedule" and select the skip button next to the subscribed product you wish to skip.
